Dear Nina,

My name is MaryAnn LaGuardia and I am the PTO President at Lavallette School.  Dr. Morris forwarded me your information because I have been volunteering to field all donations.  This is a crazy time for all of us to say the least.  I agree with you, Lavallette is the best place in the world.

Anything you can do for us, is greatly appreciated.  We are applying all donations towards purchasing technology and equipment to better educate our children.  We are in a temporary school and am unsure of how long we will be here.

Please feel free to contact me directly either via email or my cell phone at 201-805-2839.

Thank you,

MaryAnn

Dear Dr. Peter S. Morris,

I am a resident of Lavallette and I saw how much devastation there was. The street I live on is Magee Ave and my neighbors down the block go to Lavallette Elementary. This got me thinking to start a fundraiser. I came up with the idea of making bracelets that say “Restore the Jersey Shore” on them and selling them in my school, to my town, family and friends. Lavallette  is my favorite place in the word and I wanted to help you out  to make sure that you still will have a great school year.  I look forward to talking to you soon.

Sincerely,

Nina Stefanelli
